We order two boxes of scrambled eggs which cashier talked with back employee and said to us five minutes waiting time which we agreed and stay with our hot drinks to get our breakfast it was more than 10 minutes standing that another employee give us two sandwiches when we said no she said sorry and I asked her how long more she said I will ask but she was busy serving others than I went to cashier and I told her it is more than 10 minutes we are waiting how long more so the other one said your order is taking 15 minutes you have to wait 5 minutes more I said but cashier said 5 minutes that is why we said yes fast food is grab and go our hot drinks were cold and we had to wait more to have that 2 boxes of egg in 10 o'clock which is breakfast is serving if it was so long why she has to lie about it when I asked for my money back they were not able to get the order back and during that busy time manager was in the office and didn't know what is going on in the floor she came and asked again for all order from us than they gave mony back in our card we had no recipe and I asked if she can give us the original recipe and the one they gave money back i put both coffee and late with 2 croissants back and walk than a customer called oh she is calling you i walk back she said you can take them i said thanks we didn't pay for it we don't want it. My question is this where is that sorry for lie of the cashier and where is that sorry for not having breakfast and last who will have time to waste for free almost 35 minutes waiting for breakfast during breakfast time in fast food. No respect for customer just taking orders and move the line get money and when it comes to service no problem how long customers waiting because they have nothing to do only they have rash for day. Read moreYesterday, I had bad experience in Tim hortons. I ordered 2 southwest chicken wrap. The lady who was at the back made the wrap. I took the wrap. And when I opened the wrap, then I realized that this is not the right one. I ordered crispy southwest chicken wrap but she made simple crispy chicken sandwich. I went back and informed the gentleman who was at the front desk. He said, some one will come and I wait, one lady came, I said there is no corn and it’s just a simply chicken wrap. She said I will confirm with the lady who made the wrap. The lady came back and said I think, you already ate the corn and might be it’s at the bottom. I politely said, no, I have not ate. I just open it.The second lady again said, I think you ate. Then I said I m not lying. You can open the wrap even. Then finally the 3 lady came, she behaved so awkward. Even I donot have the words to explain the situation. She argued with me, then she check the order history, finally she realized that this is the mistake from their end. She said, I will make the wrap, firstly you have to throw the wrap. She made and she came back to me and firstly, she took the bag from my hand then she throw the bag with old wrap in dustbin. she was thinking that I was lying. And the lady was very rude. I will never come to this tim hortons again whose supervisor thinks their customers are theive. Read moreSo many things wrong with this location I cannot believe it. Taking into consideration they seemed to be short staffed, still not enough help to satisfy customer needs.
First off, to wait 15-20 mins for a bagel and cream cheese with an iced coffee should NEVER take that long to make!
Their work environment though may seem like their rushing, they still move at a pace where things need to be a bit quicker knowing how busy they can be. I try ordering by Mobile so many times to give them a few minute head start knowing it won’t be on time. And even by the time I get there they haven’t even begun preparing my order.
Even after placing an order (for example and breakfast combo meal), they will make you wait until after you pay about 7-10 mins just for one of the workers to come up to you and say I either have to wait longer for an item or they they ran out of stock. Note to the acting manager, ensure you have all merchandise and products stocked at all times or ensure the customer is aware before paying that you do not have that particular item in stock at the moment. This wastes time for both team members and customer.
Also listening and communication skills seem to be lacking with the customers as there have been one to many times I had to either correct or find out after words they haven’t even begun my order and/or messed up my order.
