Too icy, too sweet, too stale. We've been to a rolled ice cream place near our home with south Asian flavors we really enjoyed so were excited to try this place as well. However, the lack of quality control really spoiled our experience. Rolled ice cream: very icy and not smooth & airy. May be due to the lack of cream or spreading the ice cream too thin. Birthday cake flavor was too mild toppings: brownies were stale and the strawberry 'boba' isn't boba. It is a popper. Boba is chewy. falooda: sickeningly sweet (too much syrup) and most disappointing of all, the noodles were frozen so we weren't able to eat them as they were too stiff to suck through the straw

Overall, the best thing we had was the oreo topping. There seem to be a lot of great reviews so may be just a quality control issue which is a shame since they have other flavors we'd like to try. Either way, I'll be sticking to the other south Asian rolled ice cream place we...

The highlight, of course, was the ice cream rolls – a delightful twist on traditional ice cream. Each roll was meticulously crafted and bursting with flavor. The kids were absolutely thrilled to watch the process of making their own custom creations. Rollz is a delightful place right when you walk through the door. It’s well lit, has uplifting colours to brighten the environment and unique wall art separating it from a franchise ice cream store.

They also have a dairy-free vegan option for those who may me lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy. As a bonus they use a whole different rolling machine, tools and gloves to make sure there’s minimal to no cross contact.

The overall taste for the dairy - free option was good, but was lacking that punch of flavourness you get from competitors. Although, it was a very light ice cream which made it easy to finish without feeling full.
