From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility. The entire center was thoughtfully maintained, giving a fresh and inviting vibe.

The staff deserves special mention—they were genuinely friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, creating a positive and supportive environment for all guests.

The game selection at Activate was truly abundant, catering to diverse interests and skill levels. Compared to their previous location, the number of game rooms has significantly increased, providing more variety, less waiting time and more opportunities to play our favorite games. Each game room was meticulously maintained... clean, well-organized, and equipped with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

On a bonus side, washrooms were spotless and well-maintained, enhances the overall impression, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our visit.

This place is amazing fun! Have taken my kids a few times and had a blast. Things of note: staff are friendly and helpful (thanks to Will, Albert, Sanjeep, Jahleel) The games are addictive. A combination of being challenged physically while also solving puzzles in cooperative play. (Note: you have the option for competitive play as well. ) Each game room has multiple games to play. This adds up to a LOT of variations and new things to look forward to. 75 minutes goes by fast but we were tired out each time. the sounds and colours are fantastic. the spaces are clean and new. Overall this is a unique and really fun way to be active, play games as a group and challenge yourself. We definitely look forward to...

Visited Toronto because we had seen videos of this place online (the Grid room especially). Was worth the trip! Visited on a weekday morning with a group of five adults. Good number for playing. We tried Hide, Grid, Lasers, Portals in 75 minutes. Not busy, didn't have to wait except for one game which seemed to be having technical issues (shooting game in laser room). The games were super fun!!! Will definitely be going back. Staff at this location was very helpful explaining how it worked since it was our first visit, and also responded quickly when we asked for help with the room that wasn't working. Glad they're building one...
