I am a regular customer, and have owned restaurant in USA, and also have Food Handlers license, and I am an Indian, just keep that in mind while reading this review This is a Indian owned restaurant, and he employs Indian students - Very high attrition rate, equals bad bad bad service they don't provide sauce, simple taco sauce, and they lie on your face that the packets are in the to-go bag. it happened with me 3 times, and 3rd time i asked for sauce packets, the guy told me its policy we cannot provide more, mind it I am not a Glutton but this response motivates me to get what is to be given as per policy, 2 sauce packets per order ITEM in the bag please They try to educate you on policy but ignore customer feedback and response I am a regular customer and I am going to keep going there as long as I am in the area, because I like a good challenge, even thought to determent of my own expectations. Its life what you can do. I went there 4th time, the person working gave be hand full of sauces out of spite or if she felt bad of past times they have no provided good service all in all what has happened is this, if they stick to a policy laid down by online ordering system then they would have spend same amount of energy and sauce packets as defined by process by denying 3 times and giving away all handful of sauce packets the 4th time, they have, in terms of value spent same amount of sauce packets, but inadvertently created a bad customer experience because of inconsistency of service. I am a foodie, and know how to run a restaurant, handle unruly customers, and give bonuses to my service members to make sure its a average day every efffing day. I will take a average day every day in business than a overly profitable day 5 days a month, because it eventually evens out Being an Entrepreneur and always working on analytics, this location is going to change management in next 2 years, because they cannot be average performer every day. in business consistency matters, they are not consistent, I am saving this writeup, in case it is not approved on google reviews by the way I am being an entrepreneur and CEO my words and view matter, if you are reading this, then make sure, you make your day a average day, and be consistent in your delivery to be a successfully entity - all the best. They took our payment dashed the 3 cinnimon twist out the window and walked away I held my horn after there I seen there was no cars behind me and I seen people just walking around taking around taking gloves off trying to get someone to come back to the window...
when I walked in I see 5 employess all talking to each other and socializing around the cooks in the kitchen whole they cooking including the manager in charge vrushali gave me no reason why my order was incorrect just said sometime Becuase of the wind... But when I explained that I seen the coupon code 63. On screen before driving away she had nothing to say just we are sorry even after she went to the back and confirm with...Nimishei about her mistake who was the one who took my order they just said so how would Yu like to pay after 30 mins of me sitting at your drive tru window burning gas and honking my horn to get your attention .. Read moreDear Taco Bell, it would be nice if we could go out to eat and use up spare change with out being looked at like we’re broke. The card could have been tapped but I have car change. And that would be irresponsible. Anyways , attached you’ll see a photo of a receipt time stamped with our visit time as well as who was serving us. ( short girl with glasses and an accent ). We ordered food and handed the cashier what we believed to be 21 dollars ( some change and a bill ) she told us we were 15 cents short. Although we were sure we handed her the right amount ( and more ). We had more change in the car so we gave it to her and she hounded us down for 15 cents so we handed her a quarter and told her don’t worry about the change. Now , she may have been having a bad day ( her face and attitude were creating an unpleasant atmosphere ). We love Taco Bell but this experience makes us want to go to another location because this ain’t it. She came back to the window with our food (the food is good ) and the last thing she says to us… is the dime is in the bag. SHE PUT THE SINGLE DINE WHICH WE DID NOT WANT BACK IN THE BAG WITH OUR FOOD !!! The pettyness of this employee makes her customer service skills horrible.
