Today we came for brunch and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant still had a two-person table available, but it was missing one chair. Every other table was full. A lady server with glasses completely ignored me when I walked in, only speaking to us after my boyfriend entered, saying nothing but “give me 10 minutes” — no hello, no greeting, nothing. While waiting, I politely asked if we could sit at the empty two-person table. She loudly snapped “NO! That table is missing a chair. You’ll have to wait until other customers leave.” Instead of simply moving a chair from another table (which clearly had extras), she made zero effort to accommodate us. Meanwhile, she was laughing and joking around with local customers while continuing to ignore us. The only thing she said to us during the entire wait was that single “give me 10 minutes.” Absolutely unacceptable. This was not our first time here. On our first visit, the same lady with glasses treated us poorly — ignored us, made us wait at least 5 minutes for menus, and only gave us water after we asked when our food had already served. We still paid the tips (unhappily) because the food was decent. Our second visit was better, thanks to a different, friendlier server lady. But today, on our third visit, that same lady was even worse than first time. Her attitude makes me seriously question whether she discriminates against Asian customers. Read moreOrdered online thinking it would be available for pick up at a reasonable time. Not greeted upon entering I travelled back as I thought that would be the most appropriate place. Order was ready 20 minutes past pick up time. The reason for delay was that they had a 12 top that backed them up. Extra staff waiting around the kitchen area audibly complain on how patrons a delivery pick up drivers are standing right beside the kitchen. Was unfortunately witness to a server picking up an order to take to a table as a sausage link rolled off and fell onto the dirty ledge next to the pick up area only for the blonde-haired server(I used that description as the others are brunette) to pick up the sausage with her hands, place onto the plate and serve it. Disgusting. The only silver lining in my extra long visit to this eggsmart location is that I was able to watch my entire meal cook and assemble into the bag ensuring there wasn’t any contamination to my meal. Safe to say I’ll never return to this location until I can be reassured it is safe...

There was no sour cream or southwest burrito sauce added (as it should have and we requested) One burrito was made with whole wheat tortilla and the other was made with a white one. Why? No idea.
We had to drive to the store (rip our delivery charges) to complain about the issues. The lady who attended us, rather unwillingly, barely shrugged and said that once in a while these things happen. She said this while cutting us off to get the sour cream and did not give us even a moment more because nowadays, apparently it is just too much to expect an acceptable customer oriented experience.
Needless to say, my experience was horrible and I'm never going to order from this place again. If you don't have good customer service (which you should btw), at least prepare your order correctly. Otherwise don't open...
