Over the last 12 months I've eaten in and ordered out on a number of occasions. The food is usually well prepared and the service has always been friendly.

A few Fridays ago, I ordered take out for a group of 6 people. We ALL got sick within the course of the next 48 hours. Two of the people thought they might need to go to the hospital. Luckily they didn't. Needless to say, we all missed work will never be coming back.

I wrote emails to the address listed on the website and got no response. I wrote again and was again given the silent treatment. I then went in to confront the manager in the store and was told by the waitress that he is very busy and couldn't come out of the kitchen to talk. I explained that the food had made my colleagues and I all sick and the waitress went back into the kitchen to deliver the message. She came back out moments later and told me that the manager had left. I left my phone number and urged them to call me and they never did.

I can understand that a restaurant will have an off night and that from time to time a bad dish goes out. That is forgivable. However, I am disappointed with the way my emails were unanswered, by how the manager refused to talk to me in the restaurant and by how they never followed up with a phone call.

I will not be going back and have recommended to all my friends and family to avoid...

Excellent spot for lunch. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the area. Can't go wrong with fresh Thai options at 13.99 for appetizer and main combo. They had cp24 up, so we could catch up with current events. Nice as a date, we ordered mango salad and calamari as our appetizers and crispy beef and mussels as our mains, all to share. Service was slow to start as they were probably not expecting much for dine in due to the ongoing pandemic..we had to get our qr codes and settle in . They did not have the beverage I wanted ( again not stocked probably due to unpredictability of business these days). Server was very nice and well meaning , although at times awkwardly paced; it's a quiet understated joint, locally owned, with its expected [minor] oversights, not one where you'd find seasoned professionals artfully balancing several platters and gracefully weaving through crowds of eager diners. Again, awesome lunch spot with fresh healthy fun options at a great price. Expect a fun, quiet date or lunch break without being surrounded by an obnoxious crowd....

I came in for a takeout order and was given a menu to look through as I hadn’t decided what I wanted to order. I noticed the menu also offered a discount of 10% when spending +$20 on pickup orders. I placed my order : Thai chicken noodle soup $8.99 and glass noodles $14.99 per the menu. Then I received my bill and noticed both prices were higher than what was on the menu I was given, without explanation. So I inquired with the woman who then told me the menu prices were out of date and they were no longer offering the discount. I was really disappointed that I wasn’t told upfront about the changes, that the restaurant didn’t bother to update the prices themselves (she gave me a paper takeout menu) and that when she gave me the receipt she didn’t say anything. The chicken noodle soup was $9.50 and about a third of the size of your standard noodle soup for that price. So, I don’t recommend to anyone. I could have asked her to cancel the order, but i felt...

Worst Thai restaurant in Canada. Ordered online. Picked up got home only to find the order was completely wrong. Called back to explain to the guy there what happened which led to argument him telling me I was wrong and he made the right order.after he realized his mistake he said come back and get your right order. I picked up the order and when I got home opened the container to be met with the smell of death. It smelled like dog food mixed with fish tank water and made me gag . I couldn't believe how the smell alone made me want to puke. I called back stating what I experienced the owner said he gets his chicken from China town and sometimes the chicken smells bad. And I lf I didn't like it throw it in the garbage. So I did and was utterly disappointed in the food the service and the lack of professionalism. We decided to skip 3rd party apps and ordered directly on the website. There was an online special which we tried, and we ordered our usual favourites: > Malaysian beef curry: i’m malay and from Singapore. this Malaysian curry is spot on! yumm. > Malay bread: we call this roti canai/ roti prata. These are a little too hard/stiff for my liking, but the flavour pairs well with the beef curry. > Crispy beef special: tasty, crispy and saucy. Very yum! > Stir Fried Glass Noodles: so good and chewy! I always look forward to this! Great pick up, always our go-to comfort restaurant for thai food.
