I wish I would have gotten the guys name that took my order I was there today at around 6:30. A 20 something black guy with a great smile, super patient and very friendly and professional. I kept asking for different brands and they were all out of stock. We laughed at my misfortune but i finally asked for something that they had. He actually brought me 24 instead of twelve in case I wanted them as they the only ones left. I decided to leave the other twelve for another customer.    Read moreNow with the covid-19 situation, I did my line to cash out my empty bottles and the guy at the door (white 6 foot male) was extremely rude to me and two ladies in front of me as well. He was keep talking pointless rude verbiage. I asked him to give me the cart more then 10 times and he was keep talking down to me and not giving me a cart. Then he told me that I’ll have to go outside to do the line again to purchase. This is very disappointing that The Beer store has such an unprofessional customer service. Next time when I will have to make a choose between The Beer Store and LCBO. I will go with LCBO. I never had such an awful experience in LCBO.
