We placed an order ahead of time for one whole lechon from Boy Litson for our momâs birthday celebration, and once again, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The skin was pale and undercooked, making it embarrassing and unappetizing to serve to our guests.
This isnât the first time weâve had problems, weâve ordered from them three times now, and each time has been a disaster. Looking back, we should have stopped after the very first disappointing order. Itâs very unprofessional on their part and shows little care for food quality or customer satisfaction.

The skin had zero crunch, and was chewed awkwardly by our guests before they all spat it out due to its toughness. The meat was poorly seasoned, burnt and completely dried out in some areas. Your business name must be a joke. Buyers beware..

When I called the store to complain about this, the solution they only offered was to bring it back to their store so they can oven it. We live an hour away and who wants to drive on a Christmas Eve just to have it cooked again? I should've trusted my guts. Customer service is really bad.
