The Dirty Bird Chicken + Waffles — Restaurant in Toronto

Only decent thing here is the employees. It seems like the owner is cheap and can't employee multiple workers. He barely has enough people on hand every time i have been there. The description of the sandwich combo makes it seem like you're getting a great deal. Turns out the sandwich is smaller than a mcdonalds junior chicken. To top that off, the fries are literally ALWAYS cold, soggy and bland. There is a reason they barely have customers. To the owner of this location, dont expect any students to buy from you when next door is wendys that is half the price, serves you in half the time and tastes better most of the time. Thats wendys which is the lowest grade garbage on campus. To further this, you cant make the fries a poutine in the combo you ask for, YES i was willing to pay for the difference. If you want to be successful at york university you have to offer some decent food at a decent cost. Students will pay if it's decent, but the quality is sub par and no one enjoys waiting around. This is why there is barely ever a line infront of the store. Food should be hot when im eating it, not room temperature. You guys have made falafel hut look like a 5 star michelin restaurant....

The quality is getting worse! When it first opening food was nice and fresh (a little bit pricy but not a big deal), and now they are just serving low quality food. Their French fries used to be decent, fresh and crispy, now its soggy and old. I'd rather to wait then make me fresh fries. I had their chicken bites deal today, ordered with buffalo sauce. Too much buffalo sauce on chicken, all I can taste is buffalo sauce. Fries are over salted, so salty that I have to keep sip my drink to wash down the saltiness! As a first time customer, I can say I'm truly impressed. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the service is really good. The best part is the food is prepared upon the order, ensuring you get the hot and fresh food. The quality is superb. The dirty fries is amazing and the Great White North was surprisingly delicious. I never thought it would taste that good. I was gonna say the price is a bit high but the great quality justifies the price. It worthy of every cent.
