The Campus Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered a large Taro milk tea with tapioca and red beans but what I got was a large cup of watered down taro milk tea(hardly tea taste), tiny lingering tapioca, and some coconut jelly. One would think that if you did run out of an ingredient (red bean), and you were gonna slip another ingredient in unknowingly to customers, at least replace it with a decent size amount.

This was so cheaply made and the quality/ quantity totally matched many of the descriptions of the low rated comments on here. Come on guys this is your business and you have the opportunity to take ingredients and present a decent product to your clients.

It’s only fair that we get the minimal value to that which is paid for, otherwise it speaks volumes to the level of quality and standards to which this operation operates. Please do better, sorry’s only after the fact you have been rated is not enough.

Also please note, this is neither my first nor second disappointing...

This is definitely one of the best bubble tea places I've had. The flavours are really good and there is a large amount of variety (my favourite being the non dairy sparkling tea); both refreshing and dairy. The taste is delicious, and not at all powdery, and the tapioca has always been fresh when I've gone there. The owner is very friendly, always recommending flavours and talking to customers, and service is quick and efficient. They always clean the container, which is something I really appreciate as plenty of other bubble tea places hand you a sticky container. One thing to keep in mind is that they only accept debit and cash; no credit.

TL;DR: A delicious bubble tea place on campus. One of my favourites, if not my favourite...

The staff rushes you and are rude. They are very impatient and demanding to customers. If they have a long line, they can hire more staff instead of delivering bad service. They don't give out receipts and charge extra if u don't pay cash. The tea tasted bitter and watered down at the same time. The tea was not sealed well either. It leaked before I pierced it through with a straw and got on my clothes. Their tapioca are a tad small and hard to my liking, but the bad rating is not because of that since that's just a matter of preference. It was the attitude, taste, and the leaky lid. I like how they have various flavours and types of...
