Ti Carlos Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

This bar is breaking the rules outlined in City of Toronto 'Municipal Code Chapter 709,' which prohibits smoking within nine meters of its entrance or exit. It's vile to walk by or wait for the bus in front because there are always up to five of their customers from the bar smoking outside. They toss their lit cigarettes into the street, and the smell is disgusting, making waiting for the bus a health risk. This blatant violation demands immediate action...

I have been coming to Ti Carlos for almost 15 years; it is a great place to dine and wine or to just hang with friends and family. I find the price of food and drinks, as well as the tastes, are reasonable!
