Very rude workers. On Thursday early morning (7am) I went to get breakfast. I became a nurse recently so eating a good breakfast became a challenge. I made my order and the worker kept "correcting" or changing my words. I had repeat my order 10 times until she gets it right. I payed and received only half of my order. Then asked where is the rest of my order and the two employees told me told me I did order anything else. I made my self clear when I made my order and I even saw the things that I have ordered on the screen. I have told the cashier that she did my order incorrectly however, she kept arguing with me and blaming me about it. Meanwhile another employee said out loud that I am holding up a line and another customers have to go to work. This was so rude. Oh yeah I just ordered a sandwich, coffee, and bakery. I wasted 20 min of my life on this. They could have instead apologized and and corrected my order quickly, I have no issue paying it's the fact that they were arguing with me ruined my morning. Thanks to this incident I was...

One person on cash, another person making all the sandwiches etc. When you have that going plus a lineup of 10 people, you can only imagine how long I had to wait. By far my worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Apparently it's like that every day.
Update After having to visit this hospital again and go through more horrible service at Tim Hortons, I now know why this Tim Hortons sucks. It's run by Compass Canada. Compass' MO is to run big operations with the least amount of resources as possible. They can also be likened to cotton plantations. They are the epitome of modern...
Read moreI was completely disappointed and shocked by how rude the cashier and cook were this evening. They were literally yelling back and forth while I was trying to order. I felt like I was interfering in their conversation to order a sandwich! I went back to get a dessert and the same cashier didn't show any courtesy, manners or attempt at being civilized. I worked in hospitality for years, in different cities, front and back of house and taught in community colleges. Your customers come first, not socializing and your attitude. If you don't have any manners, have no sense of social skills and think you're entitled to be rude to customers who are paying for you to work there, you...
