Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered an ice capp and an apple friter since they told me that they couldn't prepare any food items (bagels, sandwhiches etc) at the moment. I wasn't that upset since I still got to order at least 2 other things that I wanted. The lady worker also had a bit of an attitude and told the cashier in a very annoyed tone while rolling her eyes to tell me that they can't make any food. Like the cashier already told me, what's your deal?

However, I noticed that it was a pretty busy location but they only had 2 people working there at the time. Because of that, the place was filthy with garabage everywhere and messy tables. Not to mention 2 flies flying around along with some small bugs crawling around on the tables. I did manage to find a semi-clean bench since I wanted to consume what I ordered before I left.

Not even 5 minutes into me taking a seat, a man comes into the restaurant harrassing people for spare change. He went to a family sitting across from me and asked them for some change as well but even after the mother gave him the rest of the coins from her wallet (and I think a bill too?), he straight up was harassing her for more. The parents looked uncomfortable and left while ushering their little kid along. When I saw them leaving, I quickly followed right behind them since he was about to come to me next.

The workers saw this and did NOTHING.

Worst tim Hortons ever been to. Never clean, and the staff has an attitude as if they don’t wanna work. Last time we checked, Tims was not a self serve place. There is this employee yashna if she gave her name correct. Since there is never a manager or supervisor available on duty. Only two people were there and both rude to the bone. There scanner for app don’t work when asked she replied with not serving you. When asked about manager. She just walked back. I am not sure how these people are even working. Hire some that wants to work. One goes to a coffee shop to get coffee. Only place where there is always an argument. Especially with this particular individual.since there is no supervisor available ever. So I guess they feel they can do whatever. Worst experience ever. Been there twice. Both times there scanner app did not work or maybe they turn it off to collect points for themselves coz I have seen the same girl scanning her app Ano the customer after me. If you guys wanna staff people like this then I am not sure why are you in customer...

The staff here are downright condescending, rude and couldn't care any less for us their customers. Without us, you wouldn't be working there, your attitude is pretty nasty. You make mistakes 9 times out of 10, and no apology. Nada! As customers, we work hard for our salaries and expect to be treated with dignity and respect. I will never use this location again. Muttering and whispering in your shared language.....I lived in your country for 2 years and heard what you said. Absolutely not acceptable...EVER!!!! Also the premises is dirty and dingy...needs cleaning up. Just to be clear, the only reason I use this location is because I live nearby...my neighbours can't understand why I would go there. They have had issues there. And do something about the insects. Edit:sorry, but I wouldn't trust the staff to make it right! Also what's with all the 5 star reviews 2 WEEKS AGO...very suspect...check.out all the 1...
