After the Christmas break , I came this location every other day and most everyday , which is now January 3rd I encounter many staff differently but now , is a little , horrible , the staff wearing glassss is way rude ..no connection to the customers, when she ask. She talks like , you will feel , your not a human As I take my order. I kinda explain to her if i can get my rewards instead , she just talk like. You treated by embarrassment … So at the end I said forget it . Then I come back k for plain croissant, to go with my coffee . I waited for it to get ready as I standing at the very end corner , she ask .. “ what are you waiting there ? I loudly says , I’m waiting for my crossing madame!!! I don’t want to ruin my first week of the month una first month of the year . She needs to get more trains properly
I am also , working in a franchise ( baskin and ribbons -and kernels ) I’m surprised she act like a queen.
Anyhow , the previous staffs are friendly from January 1 and 2. They’re nice and soft .

Read moreWent for a drive thru, ordered my drinks... the ladyworking the drive thru at between 3pm to 313pm, was incredibly incompetent in customer service, most likely straight from india. took the order left me hanging, didnt say how much is it, or thank you come to the window, but left the line hanging just about 5 mins. Read moreToday I went in after lunchtime to get some donuts for my daughter, there was nobody in line so walked to the first cash and stand there to give my order. This attendant (I didn't see a name tag but a slightly overweight young girl) told me in a rude manner to go back and wait until she calls me. I thought that was rude and not good customer service. First I decided not to get anything and left, then went back in and asked for the manager. All employees basically ignore that request, when I insist one said there is no manager, only a supervisor. I said OK I will talk to the supervisor, again no response, and nobody coming to listen to me. In the meantime first service person telling everybody behind the counter in a loud voice that she asked me to get into the line, which was a lie because there was no line. I got upset and left.
