No words for the attitude they have while they treat their customers, specially the āMANAGERā working there. Itās all about the day when I got wrong coffee for three times and then I went back to get another coffee but all the times I was getting the wrong coffee. At the same day, my friend got mad on me and he took me with him to the Tim Horton and he talked to the manager to refund the money instead of coffee. After giving money back to us the manager didnāt even apologize for a single time. I think anyone can go mad if he or she will get the wrong coffee or food three times from the same restaurant. Now, today I was there in the morning to get my coffee but I got my coffee without sugar. After getting the coffee without sugar, I just call at their telephone and manager was talking to me and we talk to each other about a minute. Then again she call me back after 10 minutes to let me know that Iāve talk to my top manager about you and that the top manager said that If you are getting the wrong coffee, you can choose any other Tim Horton to get your coffee. One more thing as a proof that all the times I got the wrong coffee when āMANAGERā was working there. I think all the things happened intentionally. Now, Itās my question to all the readers of this review specially the top manager or the Owner of this 245 DIXON ROAD that Is it fair as a manger of any restaurant if we stop someone to get the food from the restaurant to āJUST SATISFY THE EGOā. I just wanna say that I didnāt see this much arrogant people in my entire life. Oh come on guys, If you have attitude just keep it in your pocket and just donāt work at the restaurant. I just wanna say that manager ruined my whole day by saying these things to me. Iām working in the restaurant too but I didnāt do this stupidity with anyone and I wonāt even do in my life cause I know how we feel as a customer when somebody from any restaurant treats like we donāt want you to come here anymore. Itās ok, for the first time in my life Iāve faced this problem in which manager of the restaurant has problem with one customer from hundreds of customers. I donāt think that Iām that bad that I deserve hate from any restaurant. Totally, ruined my mood for the whole week now. Iāll never forget the words of the Manager for the whole life cause she put me under ground by saying donāt come here for coffee. Again I just wanna say to the top manager and Owner of this restaurant that just give your reply to my review ASAP. I hope I will get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI almost never write reviews but I must say this is the worst Tim Hortons ever. Every time I go here itās something. Never getting items I paid for, missing chicken in my bowls and constantly being misheard by the staff. And the thing is when you call them out for their mistakes they always put the blame on you and give you major attitude. Today one of the cashiers told me they didnāt have caramel iced coffee and proceeded to give me others options one of which was French vanilla. When I expressed that Iād take French vanilla I then received a latte. Even the guy making the drinks was rude as I said excuse me several times (him clearly ignoring me) and then decided to acknowledge my presence. I told him I had asked for iced coffee which he was confused about (I guess heās new) and proceeded to ask another staff how to go back and check. The lady who took my order then asked the lady who helped the young man what the issue was and as she was explaining, the cashier began arguing with me that I had asked for French vanilla. YES I ASKED FOR FRENCH VANILLA BECAUSE YOU GAVE IT AS AN ICED COFFEE FLAVOR. The only helpful and understanding worker was the young black woman who offered me the flavors they sell on the side so that I could pour it in the iced coffee that she made for me. Hindsight I shouldāve asked for my money back because the two other workers were rude and dismissive. I would never make a situation race related but it seems the rude workers are always a certain demographic. Theyāre even rude to the workers there who are of other races. Do not go here, they...

Being a Canadian, born in Canada 60 years ago, I have patronized Tim Hortons locations in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C. during the past 25 years for comparison.
At this location (number 6217) I was not asked by the cashier whether my order was to dine-in or take-out. I advised the food preparation people that my order was for dining-in anticipating that I would be provided a china cup for my coffee, a china bowl for my soup and a china plate for my food.
50% of the bagel selection was out-of-stock at 2:30 pm on a Monday.
My entire order was packaged in paper and cardboard and stuffed into a paper bag. I reminded the person preparing my food that I was dining in. She then pulled out all of the cardboard wrapped sandwiches, cardboard soup bowl, tossed the order onto 2 china plates and handed it to me. If I wanted to dine-in using cardboard packaging, I would have went to McDonalds.
The employee morale appears low at this location. I have the feeling that the staff do not want to deal with collecting and washing china, so they serve everyone in disposable take-out containers regardless whether they are dining in or out.
One single washroom was out of order, and the single other washroom had no soap for hand washing and appeared unsanitary.
I will avoid this location...
