Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I have had a migraine all day so I have had a migraine all day so decided to order some comfort food. BAD MISTAKE! I ordered the only pizza I've ever ordered. DOUBLE CHEESE, PEPPERONI, PINEAPPLE AND MUSHROOMS. I can't believe what I received. A pizza with cheese so thin it's almost see through. The stuffed crust is burnt. I called to complain because this pizza is not worth $41.94 and it definitely did not have double cheese. The woman at the restaurant is spoke to was exceptionally condescending and rude. She asked if I had ordered from there before and I said not from her particular place. She said that made me a new customer and I didn't know what I'm talking about. She's laughing at me while she's saying it. I've ordered from Pizza Hut for over 30 years. I told her I was going to post a bad review and laughing she said I don't care about that. I specified in my order for the driver to buzz my buzzer code because I might have been in my building collecting my laundry. Head office had then called and said that they knew earlier that the buzzer in my building wasn't working so that the driver might call. I told them that I was buzzed fine earlier but that the call would be sufficient if the buzzer wasn't working. They person on the other end said they would call the driver to let him know the instructions. The driver then buzzes me screaming into the phone that he knocked on my door for several minutes and that I was wasting his time and continued to blast me through the phone until I hung up. I called head office immediately reporting this to them stating that I gave specific instructions for that reason. They assured me that he knew and that his behaviour was unacceptable. The driver then called back 2 minutes later and I pressed the buzzer to let him in. When he got to my floor, the driver was yelling at me, telling me that I was wasting his time and acting completely unprofessional despite ignoring my request on the order form and ignoring the directive of head office.
