I went to get an iced coffee and a donut here. On the app, I had an offer for $1 iced coffee, so I went to order a large vanilla iced coffee. When I scanned my offer, it didn’t go through so I asked the lady taking my order about it and she let me know that it only applied for regular iced coffee. Alright, that’s my bad, I asked to replace it with the regular iced coffee. She proceeds to point to her coworker behind her and said “he already made your drink so just take it and use your offer tomorrow.” ??? I didn’t want to start anything because someone was waiting behind me so I just said fine ok and went to pay with gift card. I know card machines can be a bit sensitive with the speed you swipe with and I guess I swiped it too quick so it declined like two-three times. Then the lady said that my card was invalid and to use something else. I let her know that I’ve used the card before and there are still funds left. I swiped it one more time and it went through.
I know it’s a fast food place and it’s not the end of the world but I don’t get why she said I had to take the vanilla iced coffee. Do people never change their minds in line? People add/swap/change their order before they pay all the time, I don’t get why I wasn’t allowed to change my order because her coworker couldn’t wait another 2 seconds for me to finish ordering/paying. If I knew I was paying full price then I wouldn’t have ordered it at all. I can acknowledge that I made a mistake but it’s absurd that I wasn’t allowed to fix my mistake/change my order because the worker decided to make the drink halfway...
Read moreI visited there last night and experienced terrible customer service. First of all, there was no one at the counter. I was patient for around 3-4 minutes but it broke when an employee came up with no wish, no apology for extra time he took instead he popped with his forehead full of anger wrinkles. Okay! I understand he was busy back there or he might Have some stressful things going on in his head but the way he treated his customer and took order was really insane. He was soooo rude and sounded like he doesn’t really wanna sell anything and wanted me to get the heck out of there ASAP. I politely asked for his name THRICE so as I can put a ‘good’ review for him but he didn’t utter a single word and ignored me very badly! Its not the first time I noticed his behaviour but it was the last time I visited that Tim Hortons. As I do not know his name here is what I know about him; he is a brown guy with Moustache and his height is around 5ft 4-5’. No one really expects to be get cherished by employees but atleast we deserve not to get our happy mood ruined with this arrogant...

I pulled my vehicle off to the side near the garbage because my two month old daughter was crying. My fiancée got out to go and see what was wrong. The owner or manager showed up demanding I stop what I am doing and move my vehicle because your "not supposed to park there" and I was aware of that, I wasn't parking my car was still running, I stopped there to tend to my baby. The minute this HORRIBLE RUDE AND IGNORANT MAN had his temper tantrum as I moved my vehicle, he simply parked his vehicle there. He was so rude and impatient that he could not give my fiancee two minutes to tend to my two month old because he wanted to ACTUALLY PARK where your not supposed to park, I was simply checking on my kid after getting out of the way of the gas pump.
