I've unfortunately been served by this 'PERSIAN MALE SO-CALLED MANAGER' who is really rude. I bought 4 drinks, 3 pastries and 1 order of potato wedges. I ordered through Drive-Thru and when this PERSIAN MALE employee gave me the drinks he only put (1) straw so I asked him if I can have (3) more straws....He looked at me very disturbingly and made a Snooty remark, saying, "THESE DRINKS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE STRAWLESS"! I replied I prefer to drink them with straws as its more sanitary as first one of the receivers is very sensitive and easily falls ill. So he gave me the 3 more straws and seemed as though he wanted to instigate an argument sarcastically raising his voice replying, "YOU'RE WELCOME"! I mean this is so rude and I've never had an issue with the regular female guyanese ladies serving me however this "so-called" disrespectful, arrogant, and cocky person needs to be retrained on proper customer service and proper etiquette when dealing with customers as NOT ALL customers are going to put up with that type of ARROGANCE, ATTITUDE, and SARCASM!
I mean why do I have to even explain myself telling him that opening a straw is more sanitary than putting your mouth over a lid that has been touched by an employee who uses that same hand to take dirty money, coins, open boxes, throw garbage, and use a dirty cloth to wipe down counters/ tables....
Do you as a manager whatever your name is (addressing this PERSIAN/ MIDDLE EASTERN MALE employee) That its a lot more sanitary to drink from a straw than to drink from previously touched and contaminated lids.....I mean come one. But it wasn't this that was the problem, it was his arrogant, sarcastic, and undermining high-pitched tone which made me shake my head however I will be adding this to my complains again regarding this locations' staff.
I could've told him off at Drive thru, instead I just drove off and shook my head.
I used to go to this location daily but now I just don't go because of the bad new employees that work there namely this MIDDLE EASTERN RUDE ARROGANT MALE employee in addition to the LGTBQ female short-haired ASIAN lesbian whom always gets my order wrong, doesn't communication nor pay any attention, no even talk...
Read moreMobile ordering with Tims is always a not very happy experience for me. The first is the difficulty of the app, it always took forever to locate the nearest Tims, (McDonald's app is way better, you never need to worry about this, it locates the nearest Mac's by itself, that means your order will never go to somewhere you are not expecting), most of the time, I had to give up use locating function in the app, find the address in Google Maps instead, and manually input it in the Tims app to choose the restaurant. The second is the waiting time. After my mobile order had been placed. It looks like the Tims employees always put mobile orders to the last to prepare. They never look at the time of the orders been placed. This time I had to wait beside the mobile orders pick up counter for a few minutes, nobody came up ask me what is the order number, even nobody looked at me while I was the only person waiting there. I had to stop one employee to check my order, she said she didn't have my order on her side. Then I asked another employee, gave her my order number. She completed my food order, but for the drink, she said the first lady I asked will make my coffee. So I had to wait for a few minutes more. But the lady I asked first didn't know the detail of my coffee, she went back to the employee who did my food for the detail of the coffee. Back and forth, it took more than 10 minutes for me to get my order finally, it is just s sandwich and a coffee. People use mobile orders to avoid big lining up to save time, but end up spending more time. And this is not the first time I experienced. I had experienced the same situations at several other Tims locations, for example the one at...
Read moreThis is the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to. It's March 12 2016 around 9:35 am, I order a sausage wrap combo with a DD steed tea, a croissant sandwich not combo. I paid $10.57 on my master card. Then I realized I didn't get a harsh brown. I asked the yonge lady why, she said because I didn't order one. I said I order a wrap combo and it should come with a harsh brown. She said no, I didn't order a combo, just a wrap. I was very pissed off, because first of all, I definitely order a combo and that's what my girl friend wants me to order for her, secondly, even if I didn't ask for a combo, is it stupid to ask whether I would like to make it a combo or not since I order a wrap and a drink already? I don't think so, I think it's very smart to ask so and that's what most of the other cashiers would ask, but she didn't. Then she started arguing with me. I was tired and I hate to argue with ladies. Then I ordered another harsh brown. She told me that it's $1.29 plus tax and I have to pay full amount. OMG... I was even more pissed off. I asked her, did I ever say that I'm not going to pay or what??? Just place the order and I have to go, no time to waste here. Then she charged me another $1.35 on my credit card. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. She was very rude...
