The restaurant serves a menu of Chinese-Trinidadian cooking, while playing a soundtrack of Indian Christmas music in a strip mall on Lakeshore Blvd in South Etobicoke - which is totally Toronto in a nutshell - and there's parking! We came specifically for the roti and they did not disappoint. I had the boneless chicken which was generously stuffed with chicken and rich curry gravy, not only potato fillers. My vegan friends had the chana curry which was similarly stuffed that they had to take portions home to eat later. I also ordered the jerk chicken appetizer which arrived as a full platter of chicken pieces, but unlike the spicy heat of Jamaican jerk, this was more along the lines of Chinese soy sauce braised chicken.

Recent menu attached ! Our order was : (from bottom to top) Chilli chicken Special mixed fried rice Special mixed chow mein BBQ chicken wings Shrimp with mixed vegetables . The portions were amazing and everything tasted great! For some it might be on the salty side, but personally with rice and noodles, everything tasted good! The price is justified in my opinion . The fried rice was my favorite, I highly recommend !!!

If you’re craving bold Caribbean flavors that hit all the right spots, TRINI Garden is the place to be. Hands down, this spot serves the BEST mixed fried rice I’ve ever had — perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and loaded with just the right balance of meat, shrimp, and veggies. Every bite is a celebration!

Now let’s talk about the pepper wings. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in a house-made pepper sauce that is straight 🔥🔥🔥. Just enough heat to wake up your taste buds without overwhelming them. And the pepper shrimp? Absolute perfection. Plump, fresh, and soaked in that same legendary pepper sauce that should honestly be bottled and sold — it’s that addictive.

Whether you’re Trini or just a lover of real Caribbean food, TRINI Garden delivers the flavor, the spice, and the vibes. From the first bite to the last, everything tastes like it was cooked with love and tradition.

🌶️ 10/10 recommend. Come hungry,...

The food is not authentic Trinidadian or Chinese food. This place is a cheap local watering hole.

Too much sauce on my food. It was swimming in sauce. Chicken pieces were very small and heavily battered to make it appear larger in size. Some pieces of what I thought was chicken was actually large clumps of batter, fried up and sauced to look like chicken.

Halfway through my friend noted bugs in her rice. It appears the rice was old and weevils got into it. I don’t mean a few weevils. There were a lot. While my food had too much sauce she had very little. A plate of overcooked mushy rice with weevils.

Only positive thing is that the lady who served us was friendly and quick, although we were the only people there at the time eating. All other customers were at the bar.

A great...

I really wanted to love this place considering there aren’t to many West Indian spots in Etobicoke. I went recently and received horrible service. From the minute I walked in the lady looked like we were bothering her by even being there. She was not friendly or welcoming. Our dish was tasty but unfortunately it was warm-ish. There were two of us and we had to ask for a plate, again didn’t even respond although we did get the plate after . As we were leaving and two people came in, I overheard them also complaining about how unfriendly she was. Maybe she was having a bad day but to apply zero customer service and make paying customers feel unwelcomed isn’t cool. Do better it’s not a good look. Food wise minus not being...
