Stood in line for 15 minutes, placed order of a tea and a breakfast sandwich. Got the tea almost immediately, but stood and waited for 30 minutes. Thatās not an exaggeration. Literally 30 minutes. Normally I would just go up and ask if my order was called out and I missed it or maybe it got missed on the screen. It happens, whatever. There was absolutely zero chance to get any questions into the working staff as the older woman running the cash was constantly yelling at employees and customers trying to ask questions about their order. Eventually I got so fed up I worked up the courage to ask, which I was met with them telling me the farmers wrap that is on the counter is mine, the worker picks it up to hand it to me and itās drenched in water on the bottom. At this point one of the employees takes it away and asks what my order was supposed to be, I then watch 3 other meals come out before mine. When I finally do get my sandwich, Iām missing a hash brown but I just took the sandwich and left before I lost my cool. Whoever was working the cash register was awful towards everyone.
Iāll also add, the tea I got at the beginning of this interaction which was almost too hot to hold when I got it, was now room temp and almost cold by the time I got out of that...
