McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Bonnyville

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to led alone experienced or unfortunately bought food from and wasted our money, i personally feel bad for anyone who has to work there with a manager (the name I was told for manager was Dip) being a very disrespectful, difficult, EXTREMELY rude and arrogant person in a so called “professional” setting. We were supposed to be compensated for an order that was absolutely horrendous and we were told the night before that our name and number was taken down and to come back for a full refund the following day, we were given no help nor patience not even an attempt at helping, no looking for a name or number that was taken down by one of his employees no phone calls, not one thing!! He stood in front of us and shook his head and repeatedly said “nope we can’t do anything for you, nope, nope I can’t do anything for you, not unless you have a receipt “ we asked to check for a note that was left and he continued to argue against us, most people know that McDonalds does not generally give receipts on drive thru or dine in orders, yes they do give a single receipt per item explaining what the iteam is and if there are any add ons. Other then that you have to ask for a receipt for the whole order. We informed him of this as well as told him his employees gave us no other information other then a note would be left and to come in the following day. We were NOT given any specific instruction. We are absolutely APPALLED at the lack of respect, professionalism, help with an obvious issue, complete lack of communication skills as well as absolute utter ignorance, arrogance, disregard as well as the utter lack of HUMAN DECENCY. We were planning on even getting an ice cream or such. At this point we plan on never in our human lives going to this specific franchise ever again led alone even thinking of wasting any money and such horrendous food service and “respect” Dip is one of the WORST people to be in any form of management. Probably why he is a manager for a McDonalds and nothing else. Especially nothing...

Filthy , unclean, unorganized

My family and I decided to stop in and have lunch here in bonnyville and when we walked in I was in complete shock. The floors were disgusting , with traces of mud, left over fries, and customer receipt s. Well it didnt end there, after placing our order we decide we are going to look for a clean place to sit. Well there was absolutely no where to sit, there was left over trays from previous customers on tables, greasy dirty tables, the place was in shambles. I was walking in front of a manager and commented this place is filthy. He was flustered and was looking for the table that he was carrying food for and didnt even mind my comment. My fiance had to go ask him to come back and to clean off our greasy table. We sat down and waited for our food, well we got food , but somebody elses food. We got a wopping 20 chicken nuggets, an extra pop cup, a kids cheeseburger, a double big mac with extra cheese that we didnt order. We ate it anyways we were starving enough to even stick around after our grand entrance. I went to grab some ketchup and napkins and I was more appalled, it was messy. I was disgusted to touch the ketchup lever since it was covered in greasy hand prints. My fiance and I were chatted about how this hasn't been the first time we have been here and seen it this uncleanly. I also was thinking about if it is this dirty out here , how dirty is it in there kitchen? I was completely turned off by my meal. Will probably...

I always stop there, my sister I when we make a trip to Bonnyville Co-op.( The feed lot) Anyway, I went in to use the washroom. The only empty bathroom was the big bathroom, withe the change table. As I walked into the stall my shoes started to stick to the floor, then I looked over by the toilet there was pee running down the side of the toilet and all on the floor. So then I went to the front attendent and told him, he apologized. I odered m 2 coffee. Then he went his manager and told her had to go clean the washroom, so he was going to go clean the washroom, then she asked where are you going? He again replied" I am going to clean the washroom. The Manager didn't really want him to leave. To me it comes first ( plus it wasn't busy) because you would be tracking the pee back all over the main floor, and if a child falls with there hands to the floor, they would be touching someone elses pee, that is disgusting.
