I can't believe how down hill tim hortons has gotten lately, it's not just in bonnyville, all locations are becoming lack lister and the pride that was once put into the food is no longer there. Like I said all locations are getting worse but the bonnyville locations are the worst of them all. It sucks I have to male this review but the effort put in by the employees really reflects on the food and drinks ordered. Countless times I have ordered and received the wrong food, or it is not cooked, or they serve it without the proper ingredients, overcharge for food by mistake and so much more. I am making this review because I am fed up with the bad, slow, and uncaring service. Today I had ordered my usual drink which is a medium French vanilla with 1 shot of cream. Despite them always and continuing to miss my extra cream they ACTUALLY SERVED ME SOUR MILK IN MY LATTE, I now have a stomach ache and I can assure anyone reading this review I will not be purchasing or even thinking about placing an order with this company ever again, it simply is not worth it, AT ALL. Everyone deserves an opportunity out there but it’s basically run by teenagers, you will stand at the counter waiting to place your order for minutes at the time and they will literally stare at you & do something else or go into the back and I notice this location in bonnyville is not really fast especially if your ordering online I’ve ordered many times 20-30 mins in advance before picking up my food and when I arrive it’s not even ready or hasn’t even started to be made. When I inquired as to how to obtain my missed points when the cashier didn't advise me to scan my card, the young gentleman supervisor on duty told me to "DROP THE ATTITUDE" and insisted "Noone cares about points anyways" and continued to belittle and bagger me over the points.
