Big shoutout to Mananger & Emp of above location Last Saturday me and my family been involved in heat and run on west of Cardston neat Highway 5 and Rang road 225. I have 2 kids and 3 adult family member In van. We have one 4 months old baby boy. EMS drop off my family at location mean time I try to manage transport to go back home. They took really great care of me and my family. Providing support during tuff time. They were really polite, humble and helpful. I do not have wards to express out feeling getting good support from great human being.

I was in town from Missoula Mt. I like A&W but geez this town sure is blanketed in white privilege. I got no napkins twice and I was greeted with a very mean facial expression. I think if you are in service please represent the brand accordingly. We ain't there to see you, we want the food and napkins. I would hate to have to feel like I'm not welcome. It's a long ride. Food is nice to have without the Racism. But if i must please give me napkins, with your mormon prayers. It's a beautiful thing to see mormons being real and not fake. I appreciate realness. Just serve me how your supposed to, for the money you get paid. Dont forget the napkins, because gravy is served best...

Definitely DOES NOT deserve any stars!!! We are staying at in the hotel next door and we have gone to the A&W 3 nights in a row after working 12 hour days only to be told they were out of beef, so burgers was a hard no!! Not a very good sign considering that makes up lot of their menu sales. Well today I was too tired to argue after being told yet again no burgers, so I just asked for a poutine (fries, gravy and cheese).....and once again they could not accommodate my order!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! Oh that's right you can't anyways they have NO FOOD!! I guess then just DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Head office should really be notified how bad they are representing...
