I took a group of Girl Guides on an outing to Waterton and specifically planned to make a stop at P&C as I had researched them on the net and it looked like a fun place to take a youth group. Also, other reviewers said the food was good.
We arrived at the restaurant at peak dinner hour, when they should be prepared for people to be around, and found a completely empty facility. Thinking this would be good news for us in getting quick service, I asked for a table for nine and was brusquely told I needed a reservation as our group was too large and there were only two people working the kitchen (and one idle waitress - apparently). When I protested that two people should be able to make a couple pizzas I was cut off, by the young man at the prep counter who couldn't even be bothered to look at me when he spoke, and told again, rather rudely, "you need a reservation for more than seven people".
I've never heard of anything so ridiculous...thinking we should have gone in two groups and ordered separately. I would understand if the place was busy, but I think I could serve pizza to nine people in my own kitchen if I had to. For sure will never go back there, and will discourage anyone from visiting a place where "a rule the boss made" trumps...
Read moreDo not come here if you're native american. Every time I order in person the donair is dry and sloppily put together. But if you absolutely must, please order online. I did and it actually came to me decent.
But aside from the food, the owner has a bad attitude. While waiting, he just said "what's with this guy here?" without asking me directly, and he dropped my donair in kitchen.
Certain cooks will also give you weird looks from time to time, though there is one friendly cashier, guy with glasses.
So, in conclusion, do not come here if you're native american, or try to hide the fact that you are before they prepare your food, which is a weird thing to say in this day and...
Read moreWhile the food was pretty great for a little store like this, the service was horrible. While we looked into the menu, the person just slept on the counter. I think that the person was very tired. Also, the person didn’t really know much of the food of the restaurant. Also, when probably the cook told something, they couldn’t remember the order, and I needed to start over again. The Atmosphere was not existent, no decorations, just plain white walls and tables. We had to walk behind the counter to get to the fountain drink section, and the selection was not big. If you want to eat there, I think that it would be better to just order something. It...
