I normally dont give bad reviews, but the way the employee responded is honestly just rude. I understand your pop machine is broken. I spoke in a nice manner when I told you that ice tea doesnt come carbonated, then you get upset and try to lie to me and say it does. You knew it doesnt and your machine is broken. You can't say "that's how it comes". There's food standards and there is a thing called (false advertisement). so instead of saying " Then what do you want" maybe try upgrading you're customer service skills to " is there anything I can change it to".

I wouldn't recommend going here until they do something about the pop machine. In my opinion its stressing out the employees and they are then taking it out...

I don't know if it's just this location, but the young man at the window literally told me it's illegal for him to give me a dome lid for my blizzard. 5 minutes later, when I took the normal kid off, the partially-melted blizzard dripped on my car seat, my pants, and my steering wheel. Didn't feel like an experience that was Pro-customer at all. Likely will never return to...

This place has great tasting food! The only issue I had was that my wife and I both saw that the person making our burgers wasn't wearing gloves and handling a lot of food with their bare hands. Like I said good food but the grubby mitts on my food grossed me out a lot. Even if Covid isn't a huge thing anymore I think most of us would appreciate common food safety...
