KFC — Restaurant in Town of Cardston

Placed my order through the drive thru. Was told I would have to wait 10 minutes because they were making fresh chicken, and I would have to wait in the front. I was totally fine with waiting. So I pulled in front and was thee only customer. Waited 50 minutes so I went to the door and the same lady that was working at the window answered because the door was locked. She informed me that I had already took my order. I laughed and said "but no staff has even came out since I've been parked in front" she than asked me to wait because she was going to see what was going on. I waited another 10 minutes till the manager came out with the receipts and tried to say I already picked up my order and that I picked up two orders for the same car. He was showing me the receipt which was not my order, but kept arguing with me saying it was mine. Than he walked back in and told me to wait. I than waited another 10 minutes and another lady pulled up who ordered online and they served her rate away. I asked for a refund because I told them I had to make it to extra foods, he than argued for me to wait. I finally got my order and when I got home and the 10 piece I order was mostly just drumsticks.. I ordered at 6:31pm and didn't get my order till 7:45pm. The chicken wasn't fresh at all.. I don't think I will be giving them...

Horrible service. The guy with the ponytail was very argumentative and impatient. I tried over and over again to order corn for my side dish. He wouldn't even acknowledge me and just asked what I wanted for a dipping sauce. Over and over again. I said well what about a side? He ignored me and kept quickly moving through my order. He left me so confused and frustrated by the end of the conversation that I was just convinced that my order didn't come with a side at all. New review: I've been back several times, their famous chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich in town. It is a little pricey but often goes in special. They had a special "pickle" promotion going on, the pickled chicken sandwich was good but the pickled Pepsi was interesting and not necessarily in a good way, but I have it a try anyway.
