Mr Mozzarella Cochrane — Restaurant in Town of Cochrane

I agree with "N" from a few posts ago who said, "They are constantly behind, busy or not." This is not the first time we have waited 2hrs for a pizza to be delivered from Mr. Mozzarella in Cochrane. We were listed as order 006 on our take-out order. This is not an acceptable amount of time for a pizza to be delivered, and is not on par with other pizzerias in town. We generally like the food from here, but it's not worth waiting all night for... this will be our last order from here. Let's hope by the time our pizza shows up tonight that it is actually hot. Ordered at 4:22pm... still waiting as of 6:25pm... RESULT Pizza, arrived at 6:44pm, 2hrs and 22min after we ordered. I asked that the delivery person knock, and leave the pizzas on the doorstep, but they stood there until I answered the door. I was on the phone with Mr. Mozzarella when the food arrived, asking about where our order was, explaining that this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for our food, and that this would be our last order with them. The person on the phone only replied that food will be there in 1-2 minutes. No explanations as to what happened. Then they apologized and hung up on me! They made no attempt to reconcile the situation with me. The pizzas were at least hot and tasted good. Glad we could at least enjoy the food from there one last time because we cannot stand for their...

We first ate here on New Years Eve 2020. All I have to report is an outstanding experience. We ordered 2 x large thin crust pizzas (the Katrina and the Hawaiian Delight) and 2 poutines (the classic and mushroom one).

The pizzas were really good, not your typical cheese bomb fast food style pizza, fresh tasting ingredients.. I am not a Poutine person but my wife and kids said the poutine was great to.

The food was hot, ready exactly on time and the obviously busy staff (when we picked up) were super friendly, positive and welcoming.

My only slightly critical observation was when we called no one picked up the phone and there was no voice message to let us know how to order or of that it was indeed a business.

We wound up ordering online and that in house system (so happy to see a small restaurant NOT using Skip the Dishes) worked great.

We recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Mozzarella Pizza and had the Shawarma Pizza and the Tex Mex. I must say it was superb! Especially the Shawarma pizza. The Pizza was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The presentation was also impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Abhimanue. He was really attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable.
