As someone who lives in heartland boulevard. Who watched this place be built and was so excited when it opened. Who has come in at least a couple times a week since opening. I am never returning. I come here almost 4-5 days a week before work. Same time. Recently there’s caramelized onion pinwheels which I love to have for breakfast. They are never ready at 530 am. I asked if they could be once and they did. But now they don’t. Currently this past week I’ve had to go to two Tim Hortons on my way to work to get what I want. What a waste of time. You can’t prioritize a baked good that someone wants to get everyone morning over ones that people don’t get ? I’m not impressed. You have lost a costumer. We don’t just come in the mornings either. We always stop in for donuts with our kids since daycare is a couple doors down. We will not be coming back at all anymore. I’d like to add. When I asked earlier this week the man I spoke to was nice and said yes. Then it was ready the next morning. This morning the lady was quite rude to me and argumentative. When I just asked if it could be ready ? There isn’t one baked good you can swap to have these ready when you know there will be costumers for it early in the morning ? A while back these gentlemen made us amazing drinks were extremely respectful and gave us great service. However yesterday was an experience that makes me not plan on coming back here, we went through the drive through and made our order as we normally would, the girl taking the order did not get our second drink and seemed rather annoyed at the fact we have asked for the second iced coffee, when we got to the window, we apologized about our app loading slowly and our inconvenience. she just gave us insane attitude (which coming from someone who works in food service, just was so uncalled for). We were taken aback and frankly disappointed in how the situation was handled. If your workers are going to be disrespectful, have them do something in the back and not interact with your costumers, we did not get her name as we were in a rush but she had long blonde hair. please do something about this worker as the whole interaction was in no way professional and has completely changed our perspective, this location will no longer be a regular but rather we will stop...

Every day, these amazing people wake up very early, at 4 or 5 in the morning, to prepare fresh, aromatic coffee, tea, and the most delicious buns, croissants, and treats. And they do it all with warmth and love, so that we, the guests, can start our day with a smile.
