Subway — Restaurant in Town of Crossfield

Terrible service, no bread on a Friday at 7:30pm, and then wouldnt refund the money spent on the app to order the sandwiches they couldn’t make. The 2 young ladies decided closing the store early by 8pm was a better idea than offering other menu items since their friends were standing in the restaurant waiting for them to leave. We were also not offered any other options like flat bread which was still available, instead we were told that they can’t do anything so they are closing the store. Trying to speak with a manager is a waste of time. They only take your number to never call or rectify the problem, and apparently according to another worker only come in for about an hour a day at noon. Going through the app to try and get a refund is an even bigger waste of time. The only person there that seemed to have any common sense and tried to figure out a solution...

Literally the only "fast food" place in crossfield. They even have a drive though... Avoid it especially if you drive a truck as it was poorly designed and you're likely going to scrape curb or had to back and fourth to get around the tight corners.

The service at the drive thru is atrocious, get ready for a 10 minute wait even if there's no one in the store. The placement of the intercom was not thought out and you'll be hanging out your window trying to hear what they're saying.

Edit: Another lost star. The staff has left me waiting at the till or ignored even checking if there's anyone up front multiple times. No bell on the door and they're just hiding in the back. Pretty much done spending time and money here....

The subway is normally amazing with very pleasant staff (the reason I put 2 stars is because of recent experience) . But the past 2 times I have went the slightly older filapino lady has messed up my order and doesn’t bother to fix it. I love this subway but it is really driving me away whenever I see her as I know my order is going to be incorrect in some way.
