After almost 14 years of being a loyal customer, you've lost my business. The food has gone downhill over the past several months, which in itself was disappointing. But the lack of customer service I received was the final straw. 13+ years of ordering every 2-4 weeks, never complaining when an order wasnt up to its usual standards .. This weekend I ordered my favorite dish with our order ( over $50 spent on this meal), when I got home I found they forgot the sauce on my beef. Ginger beef without the ginger sauce is pretty bland. So I called them. After explaining, I could hear her speaking with the cook and while I couldn't understand what was said since they were speaking another language, I can only assume from the loudness and tone the cook was denying having forgotten it. I was then asked to abandon the rest of my meal, drive back there and prove it. Now if I had never ordered from there before, or was a constant complainer, I could understand. But as a regular, on a first name basis, customer, I was surprised and disappointed. Monte cristo, 1 slice of lunch meat ham, a bit of dry, crubled turkey, 1 slice of processed cheese. The fries were over done and the packaged gravy was okay.
After bringing it to the servers attention, she assured me this was how the prepared the sandwich. I requested to not be charged the un eaten sandwich by which she obliged.
Maybe the Chinese food is okay? The advertised western food is made on the cheap but priced high for...
Read moreWas passing through Crossfield at around 4:30pm and wanted to get something to eat at an independent business, but the other cafés close early so I came here. They have a lot more than just Chinese Food and pizza (as their sign suggests). There's a whole selection of hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, entrées with steak/chicken/pork, burgers, and vegetarian selections. Super nice people running it, prompt service, delicious food, and very very low prices (there's no way you could make it for that). And they're open until around 8:30pm I think. Best place in town as far as I'm...
