Crossfield Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Crossfield

HONESTLY some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life, I literally take people two cities over whenever I want to A) impress them or B) show them what the perfect pizza should taste like.

While not a fruffru gourmet pizza by any means, the ingredients are always fresh and never stale, they always have almost overflowing amount of topping for the price, which is way cheaper than most, and also the perfect level of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Add that to a beautifully unique, one of kinda sauce that really makes it stand out from the crowd, and it's pretty much top of my list! So much so that I'll bring people on a 45 minute drive one way just to show them up or impress them. I get reputation points for just knowing about them, It's THAT good!!! And in all my time introducing friends and family alike to this little slice of heaven they have never once failed to be impressed by it, and i see alot of my friends now going out of there way to find reason to visit Crossfield just to get there hand on a slice or two!

An absolute 10/10! Try it for yourself and see why it's the only pizza joint I've ever come across that has its own underground fan club, I never fail to see people whove eaten there before light up when I mention it! Everyone gets this jolt of endorphins just finding out somebody else just knows about the place. It's REALLY that good! UPDATE: Based on the owners response to this review, it is very apparent the problem is the owner and not the staff. After reviewing the response we will now be taking our business elsewhere. Throughout this pandemic money has been tight for many households. I always try to support local but I refuse to support a business that feels poor customer service is acceptable.

Absolutely great pizza. However the service as of late has been terrible. Last week we were told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes, after waiting for an hour and a half we called as the pizza had still not arrived. We were told they lost our order slip, by the time we actually received the pizza it was 2 hours from our original order time. Then today we ordered pizza again and were told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour we called to find out where the pizza was and were told the driver just left. I expressed my concern as this was the second consecutive week where we were told the pizza would be here by X time and it was late. Instead of an apology and a discount the person said that delivery is always 45 minutes (which is still late) as it had been an hour. Not...

After reading some reviews we decided to drive out there and try it, we had two different pizza's and it tasted like they came from two different places. We wouldn't go back for pizza (yes we are pizza snobs) but I would do the wings again. The staff weren't rude but I definitely did not feel the warm small town feel or welcomed. I was pretty excited because I see they respond to all the comments so I had a bit more expectations on customer service, we didn't even get a smile or hello.
