Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Crossfield

Have had decent experiences in the past but lately it’s gone downhill. The past few times one pizza (Hawaiian specifically) has been really undercooked and when I called to inform them of this as it now seems to be a recurring problem they said all the pizzas are on a timing belt and since the Hawaiian has extra cheese it happens. I said perhaps it should be cooked longer if this is the case but they just said to ask them to cook it longer next time. While I understand mistakes happen it’s clear they didn’t care and were uninterested in rectifying the problem. Kinda disappointed tbh , have given this place a decent amount of business , we order delivery , always pay the delivering fee without no hesitation, we live 10 mins away , totally understand paying the typical $10.00 for fuel , makes sense , and we always tip very well as well , at least 25 percent of the meal , however , called today and first was told the delivery fee was $20.00 , then she came back and said delivery fee is $25.00 .
