Subway — Restaurant in Town of Essex

Waited approximately 15 minutes for my sandwich, when I was second in line to pay for my already made sandwich their debt machine stopped working. I did not have cash on me, but they chose to throw out the sandwich instead of giving it to me. Because I was on my lunch break I did not have time to stop somewhere else due to the longer than usual wait so I spent my entire lunch break waiting in line only to have them throw perfectly good food in the garbage because of their error. Disorganized. One employee prepped my subs and when they were almost ready to be dressed the other employee doing that job went to back and started washing dishes. The first girl kept making subs. The line got long and subs were backed up. When she came back out it was a rush job also She didnt tell me I had to get my own drink for the kids meal so I had to go back in after I had gotten to my car to check. Called to place a large order ahead of time to be sure the staff there had plenty of time to make the 12 orders. While explaining over the phone what I was looking to order I was quickly dismissed and spoken too extremely curt.
