False Advertising in this location ordered a sandwich, price was more on the till. I still remember the days what happens with false advertising. Almost every time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong in someway. This time, I ordered a chocolate chill, to which had no chocolate, and was charged for extra lettuce to receive one slice of lettuce... I don’t even know why I bother going to this Tim Hortons...

Went thru the drive thru at 5:30pm and experienced the worst customer service by a young man with messy hair. I paid he turned his back and I guess that’s the way he says thank you. Very disappointed and I will not visit here anymore, I will stop in Windsor on my way home. To bad for Essex

Again went thru drive thru give them another chance @ 4:30 5-19-24 The gentleman extremely nice very positive The lady with a gray shirt extremely rude a constant snarl, I would suggest retraining this individual she should not be in front of clients until customer service training has been completed Once again the young...
