We ordered a jungle animal themed cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday. From the start of our conversations, Heather was extremely kind, accommodating and quick at answering any questions. Ordering and pick up was a breeze. We had a confetti cake with vanilla icing and it was absolutely AMAZING. It was delicious and the cake was beautiful to look at as well. I was there this morning as an accidental discovery that led to an urgent craving for a sweet treat. The customer service was much less than impressive; the owner and her daughter barely said hello to us. We ordered a piece of cheesecake and asked for a fork. The owner said coldly, “we probably don’t have any”. The young cashier pulled out 2 dusty, plastic forks which we ended up throwing away. $6 for a slice of cheesecake and it was awful.
