I found pieces of glass in my pizza while chewing my first slice and when I ordered it I asked him to make me 2 fresh pizzas but when I showed them that I found glass in my pizza he denied making it making it and said that. Somebody else did, however there was only him and one other person there who was running the cashier. He gave me new pizzas and an extra thing of crazy bread. I also ask those pizzas to be made fresh, but it only took them 5 minutes to make 2 pizzas which is humanely impossible to make and cook a whole new pizza in 5 minute let alone 2. So not only did he lie about giving me fresh pizza, but he also lied about Him cooking my pizza with glass in it... very PISSED OFF! and I called a health inspector on there facility. Take my advice and don't go to Little Caesars in Essex, Ontario...... I just hope I didn't swallow any glass... very disappointed, Turns out I can't even eat without being paranoid!!!!!

The worst little ceasar restaurant in our area. Food quality is marginal, cheese is lacking on all hot n ready pizzas (not even closeto 4 oz), customer service is horrible, and they tried to charge me 2.00$ for garlic butter on the crust. I hope this place dissolves into their unmaintained pot hole ridden parking lot.

Horrible Horrible service ( not mention how she freaked right out having a mental break down ) waited for over 5 mins for any service when the girl was right behind the warmer machine wasn't taking tap got attitude that its my cards fault. Asked for a receipt of what I ordered and got debit receipt.. told her I want what comes on the fantastic pizza and got asked with attitude if I was sure. Twice . GOT SHOOED OUT THE DOOR MY THIS GIRL !!! 7th of July afternoon. This places service has gone down TELL ME.TO GO GOME AND MAKE.FOOD HONEY YOU WOULDNT HAVE JOB...

So I bought the new Chicago style pizza yesterday and got home to find it basically had no sauce. Just went in today with an uneaten pizza to show it had no sauce and I was only looking for them to remake the pizza. Manager told me that since I bought the pizza at a different little Ceasars location they weren't going to deal with it.

He wants me to drive to windsor to get my pizza replaced rather than him doing it and getting reimbursed from corporate. And I can't call corporate today cause they're closed on the weekend. Just horrible...
