Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Slave Lake

Standard BP experience. Only thing worth eating on the menu is maybe a salad or the oven roasted wings. I ordered 16 baked wings and asked for no ranch sauce but was presented with a half gallon of it overflowing onto my plate. Everything is way overpriced for what it is. Over $2/wing!? C’mon.

It was not very busy but after the server confirmed we were finished she took forever to come back with the machine so we could finally pay and leave.

I’ve aways been a little confused as to what this place is supposed to be. They basically offer McDonald’s level food at Keg prices. Certainly not much in the way of quality ingredients.

No need to reply with that generic “Sorry to hear...blah blah blah, go to the website...”.

Not sure how many times myself and countless others have sent feedback regarding prices and quality of food. It’s pretty clear you guys just want to offer the cheapest product possible at the highest price people are willing to pay.

They just dont seem to get it!! When we go out for supper!!! Me and my sister don't think we should have to put on winter clothes °° to go out to eat !!! We go to the Bar Cause the service is always better plus have 1 or 2 beers. God dam !!! Cold Air Blowing on us !!! So you look around Everyone pretty well is all wairing coats . Just because the Waiters are having HOT FLASHES SHOULD WE ALL SUFFER !!! The food was good 👍But it get s all cold Fast cause some one Has the God dam airconditioning on !! It is winter !!! Us Mechanics that work out side all day Freezing we dont Like to freeze when we go out for supper!!! And my sister works in an office and she was cold and wanted to Go home .!!! I have told yous before about this problem.!!! So we tell the waiter So the turn the heat on We start getting warm when we're done And leaving. And food kinda got Ruined. Wake up...

Last weekend when I first arrived to join my party, I was asked if I was joining someone and I said yes and located my party right away. A senior staff member (not sure if she was but she looked like one) pointed towards the party and before I could say thank you she passive aggressively said “you’re welcome” which I found very rude and was shocked she said that to me.

Then when we ordered our appetizer, the server was trying to take away the food while I was dipping my bread in the sauce on said plate and had to stop her from taking it when I clearly was not finished. She was rushing us to order our food prior as well. There were plenty of tables at the time as well so I don’t see what the rush was. Do not recommend.
