Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Town of St. Paul

St. Paul Alberta Dairy Queen is horrible, they are extremely rude to their customers and further more Management is even more crude to their employees as well. My sister worked there for about a week, she would come home after a few shifts talking about how for some reason her employer’s where treating her differently, I didn’t understand at first until I seen it first hand, as I was waiting for my order, one of the assistant managers yelled at my sister AND rolled her eyes. As she was taking orders, in front of myself and multiple other customers. when I pulled the assistant manager to the side to explain to her that I thought her tone of voice was rude, she denied that she had even talked to my sister, and further more, the day after that happened they fired my sister because I stuck up for her. The staff in St. Paul are extremely friendly, curtious,fast and efficient. They are always willing to help and ensure do their upmost to get you exactly what it is your asking for the way you'd like it! Even at 2minutes from close they don't make you feel rushed and still give the exceptional DQ quality. Tonight I had a specific way I was asking for a sundae and as I mentioned 2mins to close, I asked for a warm food. They didn't even hesitate. Shout out to the girls tonight, Sarah, Rieigha & Tamara! Their group effort made my evening. Not to mention they (as in all 3 ladies) have a lovely, refreshing, clear, easily understood and very polite and not very common drive through speaker voices. Got ice cream which was good. Had the fruity blast which we've had before, but this time it had barely any flavor and not all of the ice cream was covered. The service was not good at all. I could see my ice creams were ready and the gal went and got someone else's order from the counter gave it to them but instead of also giving me my order, she went back to the till to take someone else's order. Meanwhile mine was melting away. Another customer said to me just go ask for your ice cream. Another worker went to get someone else's order from the counter so I stepped forward and said can I please have my ice cream. She only gave me one then seemed to be ready to leave, so I said can I have my other ones as they're melting. Orders, especially ice cream on a very hot day, should be given out before you take...
