Horizon Steakhouse — Restaurant in Town of Valleyview

I recently was staying at the horizon while up at work and would go down to the restaurant almost every night because of the free breakfast coupon. The menu is to big there’s no way that everything they prepare is done in a safe and clean matter. Me and many other crew members experienced stomach issues multiple times shortly after eating there continuing into the next day it is a constant pattern that is quite unfortunate and should not be happening you can tell by the size of the menu that there is a high risk of contamination if proper cleaning procedures are not taken into consideration. Not really sure if this restaurant should be called a steak house. Only one steak available to order on the menu and it wasn’t a very good steak. The oven was broken when I went so half the menu was unavailable and it wasn’t mentioned at the front entrance. Didn’t find out until after I was seated and ordered a drink and got a menu. I have stopped there often going through VView. Never again. Service was slow. Not once did the waitress ask if we wanted a refill, special was fish and chips. Batter was not cooked nor was the fish. Chips were cold and Gravey was tasteless. My beef taco salad had minimal beef, lettcue was old and in big hunks. Very disappointing experience.
