1 star because they did a refund and replaced the burger. Lost 4 because of the very unprofessional service.
Usually I am pretty fair with my mess being messed up because most of the time I ask for something not on my burger because I donât like it. So therefore I just pick it off. This time I picked up supper for myself and my two kids, drove home (13mins from town) found out they messed up my sons burger. Enough that he couldnât eat it. I tried to call the number online 5 times and no answer. So I drove back in (at this point Iâm frustrated because my son canât eat right now and I just drove home) I call two more times while on the way in and still no answer. I get to the restaurant and continue to wait no less than 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge someone was there. I asked to speak to someone that could fix a problem. Told them the problem and yes they did fix it. They made a new sandwich, and eventually even refunded my order. My issue with this is that i have lived here for a few years and not once has any of my orders been correct. So I have been patient and understanding up until now. The staff was more worried about who made the meal and who took the order than they were about apologizing. Not even one sorry came from any of them. The staff also clearly did not pay attention to the training they had. I know for a fact that one of the very first questions in an orientation/training video/test is asking you how you treat a customers request to not have an item on their food. The answer is âas if it is an allergyâ That right there is reason enough for anyone to be upset when your order is wrong. An allergy doesnât have to be announced. But you do have to do your job properly if you really want customers to come back.

The staff always take really long and mess up 50% of orders, I'm not exaggerating.
They will put cheese if you ask for no cheese due to lactose. If you say to not put seasoning, they still put it on when it's made clear its a food allergy.
Even today. My order was a papa burger with cheese, sweet potatoe fries well done (well done because they will be raw if you don't say that at this a@w) and a beyond meet burger, no tomato, no cheese, and no seasoning (due to allergic to seasoning) We received the fries and papa burger. But they made and charged us for a mozzarella burger we didn't order. And the beyond meet had seasoning on it! Going back inside to get money back for a burger, we didn't order and a burger with allergic ingredients the staff argued at us. When we got the new beyond meet it still had seasoning on it!!!! When made CLEAR OF THE ALLERGIES.

They were not friendly at all and had a horrible attitude . She gave me a very unfriendly look when I asked for a frozen mug , and didnât even offer me one when I told her I was dining in . My co worker ordered a chicken strips combo and it was not to his liking . When requesting a new one the lady raised her voice in a unfriendly tone saying âhe needs to request fresh chicken when ordering because now they have to âwasteâ the 3 chicken stripsâ like itâs such a huge deal . Very unprofessional. Not happy at all with the service of those 2 ladies . They also threw my food on the counter instead of handing it to me in my hand yelling out the order without even giving us eye contact the whole time .
