Gold Fountain Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Valleyview

WE live in the same town as this restaurant and although the food is good, the person who answers the phone does not speak very good english. We ordered extra sweet and sour sauce but it never got delivered. The container of sweet and sour that did get delivered was only half full. When I called to let them know, I could not even understand what she was saying. I could pick out that she said "You no touch your money" but other than that, we couldn't understand a word she was saying. This leaves no venue to lodge a complaint so I take matters into my own hands and write a review. Most disgusting Chinese food I have ever ordered, not worth one bite, absolutely gross food and terrible service. Especially when you never touched food and walked out and had the girl n older lady come out demanding payment for the dog food they claim to be Chinese food. The food was delivered cold and old. It was awful, the sweet and sour shrimp and chicken balls had no sauce and were so dry, they were inedible. I thought I might be eating someone’s left overs. You would get better quality from a fast pick of the deli shelf at Friesons or CO-OP...
