Loco Burro Fresh Mexican & Asian Fusion Grill — Restaurant in Town of Vegreville

I'm not really sure why I waited so long, but today was my first time trying Loco Burro (I went with the Burrito Bowl). I am HOOKED! The food was delicious (not to mention they gave me enough to feed a small family), even though I got my order to go the staff I dealt with were friendly & welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean and just visually satisfying overall. Even has a nice little patio area out front (that I didn't get to try out... yet!). The whole place just screams "quality" to me, which definitely conflicts with the idea of Mexican food think I had stuck in my head before (thanks a lot, Taco Bell). I would absolutely recommend you try it at least once if you get the chance - with all the customization there's bound to be something for everyone, even if you're on a vegan/keto/other diet.

I can already tell this place is going to be a staple for me going forward, and not just because it's so good. As a vegetarian it's great to have a restaurant with more than one item I can actually order, and I love that I can customize everything to my specific tastes - right down to the spiciness. And, as a so called "tree-hugger", one of the things I love most is that (as far as I can tell) they try to source their ingredients locally when possible - chicken, pork, veggies, bread bowls, etc! Not only do they help support other local businesses by doing this, but it's much better & more sustainable for the environment!

Fantastic experience. I had a burrito bowl with the pork. First and foremost, the food was tasty and fresh. The usual fixings were available as one would typically expect in a Mexican restaurant. I look forward to trying other options and combinations of the different flavours available. The father and son team provided wonderful service. They were knowledgeable of what they had to offer and helped to explain the different options to me. Both gentlemen were pleasant and efficient. The store was immaculately clean and well organized. Finnaly was able to stop in and try this gem of a place out. Right off the start walked in to a beautiful place and great service. I was asked if it was my first time there and the lady I was dealing with was very helpful and great for suggestions. I tried the 3 soft tacos with 3 different types of meat the toco meat, pulled pork and chorizo. All three were amazing! The pulled pork was my favorite tho, she had suggested the mango salsa, brought it completely over the top. You could taste how fresh everything was including the corn tortillas.
