Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Vegreville

The Pizza itself was fine, but the customer service is very poor. We have multiple times put a order in for contactless delivery and every time we get a call saying they are there, this wasn't an issue sometimes; however, there was one time we we're there...and the guy sounded annoyed, yet the food was paid for and it was at our own risk to leave it there..Why even have a contactless option if you guys don't want to do it?... Not to mention during a time of a pandemic, what if we physically wouldn't of been able to receive it from them?....We also did receive delivery at one point and gave a tip which the delivery man had made a comment about, obviously he felt he deserved more, but last time I checked a tip isn't required? and how rude to make a comment even and after all our other experiences they were lucky to receive any at that point.....Very disappointed and hope they work on their...

I have tried a lot of Pizzahut in Edmonton but there is something special about this one. Wow, what a fantastic experience! I just devoured the most mouthwatering pizza from Pizza Hut and I'm still reeling from the flavor explosion! The crust was perfectly cooked, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. The service was top-notch too - friendly staff and super fast delivery. I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
