McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Westlock

Update Oct 20, 2022. Apparently under new ownership/Management, nothing has changed, if you dine in, be prepared to wait a long time as drive-thru and mobile orders have priorityand thats IF the staff acknowledge your even there, I've even been told by a manager that they couldn't help because it wasn't there till, so acknowledged with no service. Front of house is still gross and is in disrepair, chairs falling apart, not TV on the wall anymore, stains all through the lamps, but i guess thats better the the collectionand piles of flies in the lights for months. Honestly Corporate needs to step in, it's getting as bad as the Tim Hortons here....and thats terrible. Poor, extremely slow, 10-15 min wait on average Update July 24, 21. Front of house filthy, no ice and staff simply ignore people standing at the counter. I have no idea how this ownership keeps the franchise rights when representing the McDonald's brand so poorly. The DQ down the street is super fast and fresh, the staff moral you can see is extremely high. Maybe the management and ownership need to go for training at the DQ. Honestly, corporate needs to send some people to the Westlock location...

Everytime I go to this McDonald's they get me to park and bring my food out to the car. Sometimes it is 5 minutes sometimes to is closer to 15 minutes. Today I decided to use the app for the 1st time thinking it might save me time. Instead it took 25 minutes before I got my food. When it was finally delivered to my car I got a half hearted, "sorry it took so long. we had computer problems. And we don't have any coupons left I could give you." The food I got was cold so I can only assume the "computer problem" they experienced was the kitchen saw, and made, the order but the person responsible for running the food didn't see the order and let it sit there getting cold. On top of everything they had to be reminded that I also ordered a happy meal and go back in to get it. Really shotty service always but even...

Food is typical McDonald's. Fries are usually fresh at this location but being right off of a real busy highway, it's usually a destination for people hoping to get out of their vehicle, stretch their legs and use the rest room. Especially if it says "open 24h" separately from their drive-through hours.

I submitted a correction so that people know not to expect a lobby after 10:50pm. I feel it's lazy and unprofessional for businesses not to provide a washroom for customers so I'm going to grab a bite to eat where customers are treated like people. IT also sucks the lobby is closed for customers because they can't get the free refills promised because staff/management don't want to do a second light cleaning while flipping signs for breakfast. (from experience I know it's not hard to keep the lobby...
