Subway — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I had my sunglasses stolen here a week ago on April 22 between 11am- 12am. I left the sunglasses on the seat beside me, left the restaurant and within 5 minutes, realized i left my sunglasses and drove back, only to realize it was stolen. I consulted with the cashier at the time and she told me they were busy during that time and that she would check the cameras when her manager got back. That was fair enough. Within the course of a week I called a few times to check on the progress and I was met with consistent unpleasant attitudes and kept telling me they havent checked the cameras yet. I finally went in yesterday to have a chat and they told me they did not see anything. Not sure how thats possible as, if they actually checked the cameras, they would have seen me leave subway and would have seen me return 10 minutes later. Then they could identify whoever sat in the same area within that time frame I was gone. But I heavily doubt they checked. Really poor customer service.Asked them to use my subways rewards which was 4 dollars, she grabbed my phone without permission and took it inside then handed it back to me without using the rewards. So I asked for the receipt because the price hadn't changed at all and they said it had. I went inside to show them and asked them to please redo it and take off the $4. She told me to use the rewards next time I buy Subway. I should have checked the sandwiches there as they managed to mess up two identical sandwiches, as well, when I was the only customer present with two staff. I go in the afternoon/evenings - the regular ladies working their are terrific - specifically the one smiley lady with glasses ( she seems to run the show )

Like all grubways yah gotta make sure to ask for them to keep topping up the veggies so you get a heavy serving - but I get the feeling the new protocol at these restaurants is be as stingy as possible which makes sense for them to make money
