Worst service ever the workers will see you waiting to order wether they are sitting downing nothing, wiping something down, than leave and 2 mins later someone else will come out and take the order, they don't toss away their donuts as they think its a waste, so they are sold the next day on on till the are sold and the food for sandwiches bagels wraps everything is left uncovered overnight and their bread isn't checked thoroughly for mold I've received countless sandwiches with mold even complained about. Mold one time and got back another moldy sandwich how does someone do that, especially to customers that have been coming there for 13 years, they used to have quite a few white people working there but got pushed out and now their is no diversity their, they focus on drive thru and have 3 people working drive thru and one in front while their is 10-15 sometimes 20 people waiting, they have so many people walk away because the order is wrong, service is garbage, and or got ignored to long and lastly the workers will be off their shift and waiting for someone to pick then up and their will be someone or a line up waiting for someone to take their order and the workers will ignore the line instead of telling then that they are closed, worst restaurant ever since new owners came...
Read moreRudest service ever, and i’ve been enjoying Tim Hortons for years, going to them in multiple countries (including Spain and the UK) and across Canada.
I received a BLT and a turkey bacon club from this location which was a soup bun cut in half (not the regular artisan bun) with a few pieces of tomatos and bacon. This is not even remotely close to the regular BLT size, approximately half the size. Now this wasn’t the problem, it was the encounter with the employee that followed this.
I brought the sandwiches back in and asked the lady why the sandwiches were so small. She took them, immediately threw them in the garbage bin and asked what I wanted. I said I want a refund.
She asked me if I want a refund for everything, I said yes. She then said “wheres the tea and the muffin?” (I ordered a combo). I said then just give me for the sandwiches. She refunded and was extraordinarily rude in the process of this.
This was not the experience I expected from this location as it recently opened up after renovations, but I won’t be back. There clearly are some employees here who need to be let go, as they not only ruined my day with this encounter but also put a bad taste in my mouth about Tim...
Read moreTim Hortons 26456 ave. I am writing this letter to you due to the fact that the manager GURPREET BRAR is not making a good working environment for every employee who work in Tim Hortons. I say this because she has been putting a lot of pressure on us, which everybody is not happy about it. She has been talking rudely to me everyday and has been looking down me. Like for example she has been say “ you don’t know anything “ and also she say that we don’t have a brain. And whenever the owners come she randomly becomes nice and the seconds the owners leave she goes back to her really rude self that is affecting our working environment. I have never ever seen a manager be this rude and crucial ever in my entire career. She has been the same with our costumers. Four months ago one employee was about to send a same note I am sending and when the manager found out she right away gave the three firing papper notices. So every one stoped thinking that the manager will stop being rude.
Whenever she starts to yell it mentally disturbing. And also this is a law in Canada that others can’t talk...
