Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Trent Hills

I've been a customer for over 20 years at pizza hut, and just had to remove my previous 5 star review. I ordered the mac and cheese here over 30 times and it always comes to the top, I ordered it today and the noodles didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, I called and asked them to remake it and was told sorry it will be better next time, I said excuse me your not going to remake it? They said no and if I would like a refund I would have to come back to the store, I then walked across town for my refund and they tried and fought with me that I couldn't return my whole order, when I finally got my refund and said I will not be coming back I was told that's ok we have other customers that like us by the blonde lady who...

Please DO NOT order from this place. I picked up 2 large Pizzas and wings on the night of May 3, 2025. The pizza was uncooked at the base and you could literally see the dough! Raw dough! I called multiple times but they were closed. No one picked up, called the next day to complain and the lady asked “ why did t you bring it back?” I said I called but no one picked up, I thought the store was closed. Then says “ what do you want me to do about it?” I was not expecting someone to respond in such a rude way! Then says “ I will let them know” sorry about that. I said “ that is better than your last reply. She said okay, thanks bye....

The guy at the counter made ordering so convoluted that we walked out. Tried to place a multiple pizza order for pickup in person, with an advertised deal, and the guy kept trying to tell us splitting the order to part of it in person and the other part ordered online (Campbellford is horrible for phone signal, so nope) would some how make it cheaper. Last time we will go in there until we can see some local faces who can communicate and not screw us around and frustrate us to the point of walking out.
