HANA SUSHI — Restaurant in Trois-Rivières

They are serving rice. Not sushi. Had to remove half of the rice on every item, and it still barely fits in the mouth. Doesn’t look at all like the pictures. The 6 salmon picture, we remove half the rice on 3 of them, we can clearly see the difference.

It took everything to know if some makis had real crab or fake crab in them. I’m allergic to real crab, it was kinda important. Even asking the cook they couldnt give a clear answer.

My suggestion, there are far better options for all you can eat sushi elsewhere. Some side items were good, but main stuff was definitely not (general tao, soup wonton, all salmon...

Great food, sushi seems to be good quality and is very tasty. Service is great and there's a nice atmosphere with modern decor. Price for lunch used to be 17$ but from last year jumped to 21$ now, still not a bad price but 4$ hike is a lot. Used to be a bargain now it's just a normal price imo. Anyways still worth it! Le restaurant est en rodage. Il faut s’attendre à des irrégularités par contre; je vous recommande de prendre des sushis à la carte. La formule à volonté c’est bien et la technologie pour commander c’est cool aussi sauf que il ne faut pas s’attendre à avoir le beurre et l’argent du beurre. Nous avons commandé 8 sortes de rouleaux dont 4 « spéciaux plus chers » et comme par magie, nous avons reçu juste les rouleaux normaux remplis au 3/4 de tempura puis une fois qu’on avait reçu tout le reste, nous avons reçu un des 4 rouleaux spéciaux puis plus rien ! Ça bien adonné, on avait plus faim. Sauf que, nous aurions vraiment aimé goûter ces rouleaux spéciaux car ils nous auraient sûrement donné le goût de revenir...

Je comprend qu’ils ont des frais et que si tout le monde exagère, ils vont fermer par contre si ils font à volonté et qu’ils ne livrent pas la marchandise, ça va tuer la clientèle. Ils devraient peut-être limiter à un rouleau spécial par personne. Bref je suis comme pas sûr de mon expérience... malgré le 15% de promo d’ouverture, ça...
