Absolutely amazing food, wonderful service and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to end our 2 week vacation at a good nearby French restaurant and Castel showed up in my Google Maps search. The servers were wonderful and were incredibly accommodating. The food tasted so good and in very good portions. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

Dinner with my colleague Restaurant is very good Nice inside , can be better outside Food was good the tuna steak was very good , they should put little less sols and cook little more the vegetables but quality of the tuna was good . Also the chicken was very good . Is a please to visit if you are in the area .

One of the few restaurants open earlier in the week in Trois Rivière and was on my list of restaurants to try for a couple months now. So happy I visited as the food is delicious without being too rich. Our server was very genuine and friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

While in the area for the Blues Festival we found this gem of a restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise with good service and a pleasant meal. We enjoyed two of their evening specials; the trout and the veal. We will surely return another time.must have eaten here a dozen or so times over the past few years. Every dish is a challenge for the senses. The food and service here will easily match anything you will have experienced...

Big group celebration this past August for a wedding anniversary. The group menu was not worth the price paid that night. We received no feedback from the management or apology, or offer for future discount. . Very disapointed. The beef selection turned out to be an unappetizing meatloaf..( bland in taste) Not worth the $456 I paid for my immediate family. I can't say I will risk this venue again in the future. We were visiting from US and stopped by this place for some French food. The food was absolutely amazing, definitely meet all my fine dining expectations.

However, not sure our expectations for service was not right or they were way understaffed. The service was extremely slow. There was only on waitress and another one helping bring the dishes. We spent a good 2 hours for our dinner, way longer...
