Update: I stopped for lunch and got a poké bol. The bowl was chipped. Is the chip in my food? Is it in your food? Who knows. I shared my concern with the server when she came back to check on me. Again, I was traveling and in a rush so I didn't want to wait for a fresh order. There were no offers to remedy the situation. This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant. Original review: Food safety concern. First I will say that my hamburger meal was tasty and satisfying. My brother's poké bol was just as satisfying. The toilet was clean as was the restaurant. We had a late lunch at 15:00 so there were not many customers. We were greeted promptly, shown to our table and our orders came quickly. My plate had a fairly large chip. That's a concern because I don't know when the plate was damaged and if there is a ceramic chip somewhere in my meal. I looked carefully and decided not to say anything because we were in a hurry to get back to our trip. I am confident the staff would have replaced my meal if I said something but I didn't want a 10 minute delay. When paying the bill, I suggested to the waitress that the plate should be discarded and she assured me it would be. There was no offer to do anything else. At the entrance to the restaurant you can find sauces, pizzas and other food...

My family of four was passing through on a road trip July 7th. We stopped in for dinner, we all ordered drinks and waters for everyone. Me and my wife got our drinks, then a kitchen staff brought the food, we mentioned to him we didn't get all the drinks yet, he said he would let our server know. I tried to get the servers attention a couple times throughout the meal. She never did check on us during the meal. She finally came as we were just finishing eating. I asked if we could get the missing drinks, the kids deserts (that were included with the meal) and the bill at the same time since we didn't want to wait any longer. She apologized and said she wouldn't be able to give us the icecream sundaes to go because they didn't have a container to put them in.

Maybe they were short staffed? I don't know but the service was probably the worse I've experienced in...

The food was as good as could be expected. Everything was good!

Service was ok, but considering it was packed full of people with a lot of comings and goings at noon, I have no complaints there. The staff was very courteous and our places were clean.

The only big negative was the restroom. Specifically the men's room. The toilet was very dirty with spatters all over it. Pretty much every surface in the bathroom needed a scrub. I am no germophobe by any means but it was a pretty gross experience trying to set up my 4 y-o daughter on the toilet in a hygenic way.

All in all would definitely recommend for families. Hoping the restroom was a one off occurance and not the usual...
